Ukrain Declaration of Conformity to the Technical Regulations

Declaration of compliance with the Technical Regulations - a document confirming that the products manufactured comply with the requirements of the Technical Regulations. The declaration of conformity is issued by the manufacturer on the basis of confirmed evidence of conformity of products or on the basis of the test report of an accredited laboratory.

The form of declaration is indicated in the relevant TP. Declarations to confirm their reliability are provided together with a set of documents for registration with an accredited (or authorized) conformity assessment body.

The choice of the declaration scheme is designed to minimize the risks of unreliable assessment of possible damage from the use of a particular product, i.e. the degree of potential danger of the product, its safety in the process of exploitation.

Only the private entrepreneur or a legal entity registered on the territory of Ukraine has the right to apply for a Declaration of Conformity. The Declaration of Conformity often requires the issuance of a voluntary certificate as an evidence base for the conformity of products. As evidence, protocols of own research and tests are presented, fully completed technical documentation.

The receipt of the declaration of conformity is governed by the following laws and regulations:

o The Law of Ukraine "On technical regulation of the assessment of information" dated 15.01.2015;

o Technical regulations of conformity assessment modules, requirements for marking with a national mark of conformity.

o Technical regulations that apply to the declared goods, as well as explanations to them.

Products that fall within the scope of the Technical Regulations:

o Children's toys;

o washing and cleaning products;

o personal protective equipment;

o electrical equipment with operating voltage from 50 to 1000 V AC and from 75 to 1500 V DC;

o machine tools and industrial equipment;

Explosion-proof equipment;

o equipment operating under pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure by 0.05 kPa;

o equipment operating on gaseous fuels.

In order to make a declaration of conformity, you must provide the following information:

o the name of the product;

o the HS code;

o lot / series for how many years;

o supply contract *;

o Invoice *;

o product description;

o sample for testing (or test report) **;

o technical characteristics (schemes, drawings, specifications);

o Passports or safety sheets (if provided);

o Declarations and certificates of other countries (if any).

4. Approval of the document - we send you a declaration layout so that you can see what will be indicated in the documents.

5. We issue a declaration on the form of the certification body and send it to you by courier. Scan the copy immediately sent to you by email.

УкрСЕПРО,UkrSEPRO Certificate:A UkrSEPRO Certificate should be obtained for each and every product traded in bulk or in retail within the boundaries of Ukraine. Sale of products without a UkrSEPRO Certificate is legally impossible except for the markets of cheapest products. If a product is documented to be in conformity with the standards by this certificate, it is easily cleared at the customs and merchandized at the higher level stores and.
 
The certificates are issued by some expert organizations accredited by DSSU (Ukraine State Institute of Certification and Metrology). If you contact us and conclude a contract, your application will be filed immediately through our office in Kiev, Ukrainian experts will conduct surveys at your premises if necessary and your certificate will be ready in 30-45 days. However, this period is applicable only if the product samples are presented to the laboratories in Kiev in time.
Types of UkrSEPRO Certificate

1-Year Mass Production Certificate : It is issued only upon examination of technical documentation, not the products. The company must have an ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System to be certified. The products are checked for conformity with Ukrainian norms.

2-Year Mass Production Certificate : It is issued for certain products upon an examination at the production facilities and a report prepared thereafter. Having a valid ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System is not a precondition for companies. This certificate is preferred in many cases. The products are checked for conformity with Ukrainian norms.

5-Year Mass Production Certificate  : It is issued for certain products upon an examination at the production facilities and on the system of company and a report prepared thereafter. Having a valid ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System is a precondition for companies. 

Heating and energetically equipment

• central heating boilers, parts for central heating boilers;
• steam generators, ancillary equipment and parts for steam generators;

Lifting-transport equipment

• pipes, pipelines and fittings, from plastic, steel and from other metals;
• valves, faucets, valves, bolts and other armature;
• equipment for filtration and cleaning of gases and liquids.

• insulators: ceramic, glass, polymeric;
• devices are complete. 

Pumps and compressors

• pumps and lifts of liquids;
• turbocompressors, compressors. 

Building equipment and materials

• brick, stone, ceramic and silicates;
• tiling for floors or other internal uses;
• floor covers (linoleum, etc);
• tiles: ceramic and concrete;
• bridges of reinforced concrete for brick walled structures with latticed cast-iron and steel masts, metallic frames;
• windows and doors for houses and buildings.
