Republic of Belarus (RB) Certificate of Conformity

Республики Беларусь (РБ) Сертификат соответствия，Republic of Belarus (RB) Certificate of Conformity ，The only document that might be required for the Customs clearance in Belarus is GOST B Certificate of Conformity issued by certification body accredited by Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Certification (Gosstandart). The list of goods subject to GOST B certificate is governed by Order No 35 dated 30.07.2004, with several addendums issued in 2004 - 2007. The above documents contain list of goods specified by Harmonized System tariff codes for which GOST B is a mandatory document to allow clearing of the goods through the customs. This list contains mainly consumer goods, food products, vehicles etc.; however it also contains some types of equipments for industrial purposes.
The following documents might be required for operation:
• - Gospromnadzor Permit for operation
• - Metrology (Pattern Approval) Certificate
• - Technical Passport
 It does not mean that all above documents are required in all cases.
