According to the Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013, the pressure equipment and pressure vessels are to be designed and manufactured in such a way that specific risks can be excluded during operation.
The compliance with the requirements of the Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013 On safety of pressure equipment is a prerequisite for placing pressure equipment on the Russian and Eurasian market.
Although the requirements of TR CU 032/2013 have been coordinated with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC (PED), they do not directly correspond to it.

The Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013 On safety of pressure equipment applies to the following equipment:
From a maximum permissible pressure of 0.5 bars onwards, these devices fall within the scope of the Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013.
According to TR CU 032/2013 the EAC Certification applies to pressure devices categories 3 and 4, which are listed in Annex No. 1 of the Technical Regulation.
According to TR CU 032/2013 the EAC Declaration applies to pressure devices categories 1 and 2, which are listed in Annex No. 1 of the Technical Regulation.

The products which have been confirmed to comply with the requirements of TR CU 032/2013, are to be marked with the EAC sign of the customs union. The placing on the market of products without corresponding marking can be punished with a fine or with confiscation.
The certificate for serial production is valid for 5 years.
