Single commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activities of the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan) is introduced from 1 January 2010. The press office of the Federal Customs Service of Russia notify that in accordance with the decision of the Interstate Council of Eurasian Economic Community and the Commission's decision of the customs union the Common Customs Tariff and the universal list of goods which are subject to prohibitions or restrictions import or export of States parties come into force on the 1 January 2010.
Member countries of the customs union should make appropriate changes in national legislation up to 31 December 2009 and ensure the functioning of the customs authorities in the new conditions from January 1, 2010.
Mainstreaming is required 111 departmental orders and 11 departmental regulations, as well as the 6 joint orders and 1 joint order required coordination with other departments, noted in the Federal Customs Service (FCS).
