TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON THE SAFETY OF LOW-VOLTAGE EQUIPMENT. Federal Law № 347-ФЗ from December 27, 2009.

Establishes requirements for low voltage equipment that was placed in circulation in the territory of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - the safety requirements),  for the labeling of low-voltage equipment, for the accompanying documents, which include rules for safe operation and (or) disposal of low-voltage equipment, as well as establishes provisions related to conformity assessment of low-voltage equipment, and provisions relating to the prevention of acts of misleading buyers of low-voltage equipment.

Comes into power from 27(28) of December 2010.
